Lane Lavender

Senior Pastor

Pastor Lane and his family were brought to Lighthouse back in 2013. This was both an exciting and scary time for them as they had never been to New England before. During this time God reminded them of Jeremiah 29:11 and they held tight to the promise that all of God’s plans are good and prosperous. And that has certainly been the case. Pastor Lane is so thankful for the opportunity to minister to this local congregation. And although he never could have imagined himself planted here in Connecticut, he couldn’t imagine his life any other way.

Fast forward to present day, she is now leading all Children’s ministries at Lighthouse, is married to her wonderful husband, Daniel, and is the mother of two beautiful daughters. She has a passion to teach children about Jesus and how to live their lives for Him. She strives to make an eternal difference for the kingdom of God in all she does.

Myra King

Director of Youth

Myra has been a faithful servant to Lighthouse Church since the age of 18 years. She has served in many capacities from Children’s Church Director, to the Deacon Board, and she is the current Director of Youth Ministry. As a teen with emotional turmoil, she had the best youth leader and adults invest into her relationship with Jesus Christ. She hopes to be that same person for teenagers today - someone who will help them grow deeper in their relationships with Christ so they can disciple others as well. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 139:13-16 -

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well (v. 13-14).”

Andrea Tetrault

Director of Finance

Andrea was led to Lighthouse Church in 2016, and instantly found a spiritual home in which to deepen her relationship with God. She is honored to be able to utilize her gifts in serving as Treasurer, as her passion and purpose are supporting others in the pursuit of their passion and purpose. Andrea’s favorite scripture comes from Ephesians 2:10 –

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
