Lachelle Rosinski

Worship Director

Lachelle Rosinski is the worship director and ministry servant at Lighthouse Church of God. She has a deep heart for creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God and respond to Him in authentic worship.

Lachelle believes worship is more than music—it is a daily offering of our lives to God, rooted in surrender and devotion. Alongside her ministry, Lachelle’s greatest calling is her family. As a wife and mother of six, she understands the importance of building a legacy of faith in the home. Her desire is to see lives transformed by the presence of God and to equip others to boldly walk in their calling.

Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Alexis Amarante

Children’s Church Director

Alexis has been serving at Lighthouse Church since the young age of 16. She started off as a “teen helper” working in the preschool and toddler classrooms, and soon became a head teacher for the toddlers. After graduating high school she went off to Eastern Connecticut State University to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education. Fast forward to present day, she is now leading all Children’s ministries at Lighthouse, is married to her wonderful husband, Daniel, and is the mother of four children. She has a passion to teach children about Jesus and how to live their lives for Him. She strives to make an eternal difference for the kingdom of God in all she does.

Galatians 6:9 - “Let us not become tired of doing good.”

Tammie Smith

Junior High Director

Tammie began attending Lighthouse Church in 2021 and currently serves as our Junior High Director alongside her husband, Jason. With over 20 years of experience in public school education, teaching students in grades 5–12, she brings both professional expertise and a deep love for this pivotal season of life. She holds advanced degrees in Education and Special Education. Tammie accepted Christ as a preteen and experienced challenging teen years, which fuels her passion for walking closely with youth today. She is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where students can grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and know they are fully loved by Jesus. As a wife and mom of four, she understands the importance of guiding the next generation.

Ephesians 3:20-21
